Product description：

Alu-zinc coated coil is based on cold-rolled steel sheet, which is solidified at 600℃ with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. It combines the physical protection and high durability of aluminum and the electrochemical protection of zinc. It is also called galvanized steel coil.

The production process of galvanized steel is as follows:

Uncoil - cleaning - annealing - zinc pot - cooling - air knife - straightening - post-processing - coiling

Heat reflection

People use it as a heat insulation material, and its heat reflectivity is up to twice that of galvanized steel sheet.

Heat resistance

Alu-zinc steel coil has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures above 300℃, which is very similar to the oxidation resistance of aluminum-coated steel sheet at high temperatures. It is often used in chimney pipes, ovens, luminaires, fluorescent lampshades, etc.

Corrosion resistance

The key to the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel coil lies in the protective properties of aluminum. Once zinc is worn, aluminum will form a dense layer of aluminum oxide to prevent further corrosion inside.

Economy

The density of 55% AL-Zn is smaller than that of Zn, so the area of ​​galvanized steel sheet is 3% larger than that of galvanized steel sheet under the same coating weight and thickness.

Easy to paint

The coating material on galvanized steel sheet has excellent adhesion and can be directly tarred on advertising boards and commonly used sheets without pretreatment such as weathering.
