International Customer Case - Iran: Working together for a Better Future

Our customer is from Iran. It is a company focusing on the research and development and sales of high-end steel products. It needs to purchase 70 tons of stainless steel coils. As its business continues to expand, the customer hopes to cooperate with the Asian market and chooses our company as its partner in China.

2. Cooperation process

(1) Initial contact: The customer and our company searched our company's website through Google for initial communication to understand the needs and cooperation intentions of both parties. After many exchanges, the two parties established a relationship of mutual trust.

(2) Participating in the Canton Fair: After building a relationship of mutual trust, it was during the Canton Fair that we invited the customer to visit our booth. Establish a deep connection.

(3) Business negotiations: In order to further promote cooperation, the customer and our company conducted several business negotiations. During the negotiation process, the two parties conducted in-depth discussions on the details of cooperation, supply methods, prices, payment methods, etc., and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.

(4) Customer visit: The customer showed great interest in our company through the website information and immediately started to plan the trip and confirm the time of the visit. After learning about the customer's flight schedule, our company arranged a special car to pick up the customer in advance to avoid language barriers and lack of understanding of the local environment. After arriving at the company, the company leader personally greeted and took the customer to visit the company and factory, and introduced and explained the products in detail. After visiting the factory, a sumptuous Chinese-style meal was arranged according to the customer's religious beliefs. 

(5) Contract signing: After visiting the factory, the customer gave a high evaluation of the company. The company's strength and service quality won the customer's trust in the company. A formal PI was signed with our company on the spot. The PI clearly stipulated the rights and obligations of both parties, supply requirements, quality standards, delivery time and other details.

(6) Arrangement of production: When the PI was determined, the company immediately arranged a task order to the factory to arrange the production of stainless steel coils. After receiving the order, the company promptly followed up on the factory's steel coil production progress and fed back the production status to the customer through email, WhatsApp, etc., so that the customer can be informed of the goods at any time.

(7) Production completion: After the steel coil is produced, our dedicated quality inspection department will send personnel to check the quantity, quality, and measurement specifications of the goods to ensure that they meet the customer's standards and requirements. After confirming that the goods are correct, we will issue an inspection report to the customer.

(8) Supply logistics: After the customer accepts and confirms the goods, we will arrange for the steel coil to be loaded and shipped to Qingdao Port. In order to ensure product quality and transportation safety, our company uses a professional logistics company to transport the goods. After the steel coil arrives at the port, we contact the freight forwarder for customs clearance and delivery. At the same time, our company also provides customers with a series of after-sales services to ensure that customers receive timely technical support and problem solutions during use.

(9) Customer evaluation: The customer received the goods about 35 days later, weighed and confirmed the number of steel coils, and gave us good feedback after confirming that the quantity and quality of the goods met expectations. After a period of time, the customer had a demand for steel pipes and aluminum plates. Because the two parties had established a good trust before, the customer repurchased the products, thus reaching a long-term cooperative relationship and we became his long-term supplier.

3. Results display

Through effective communication and cooperation, we have achieved remarkable results, and our professional services and efficient execution have been highly praised by customers.
